Shiraito-no-Taki WaterFall
The water spilling like strands of silk creates idyllic scenery.
Shiraito-no-Taki Waterfall has attracted admirers since ancient times. Virtually all of the water that flows over this 150m-wide, 20m-tall waterfall is springwater from Mt. Fuji. Its temperature is 12°C year-round, so in the summer the spray in the plunge basin brings a refreshing coolness to the air. Nearby are several shops and an observation deck that is wheelchair-accessible.
